Visiting a treatment center to determine quality of care levels takes time, time Professional Monitoring Programs don't have.  Our evaluation process includes intensive interviews at all levels of the center.  Much more than a tour, the site visit includes meetings with clinical team members, medical, admissions, and executive staff.  Additionally, confidential patient interviews may be conducted, when appropriate.
